When Your Victory is Delayed Your Expectations Will Not Be Cut Off

When Your Victory is Delayed
Your Expectations Will Not Be Cut Off

"Sowing God's Word is sowing Scripture Seeds in our hearts
to help God's people grow where they are, in Him."

Abiding Prayer of the Day
Psalm 91:8

Your Expectations Will Not Be Cut Off

Living inSIDE God makes intervention for all those who sink inTO God, and rest in Christ.

David encourages Himself and says, "10,000 shall fall at Your Right Hand" with great anticipation that he will be a witness to seeing his enemies fall. He does not speak of one enemy, David was a Warrior. Warrior in God, with the type of secret that winning every battle comes from not what you do, but where you live.

The secret to winning every battle is not so much with how sharp your sword is, but where you live--how deeply you sink inTO God as your secret pavilion. When you rest and live in God, you say, "I will see the reward of victory over all that hinders because it is only by the right hand of God." Yet, think about it, "The Right Hand offers victory." The Right Hand offers the power of God; the Might of God, for every believer who rests in God.

We live in a day of self attainment: that every victory is won by how we overcome by what we do. Yet, David continues to show every believer, "The victory is found in the overcoming words of faith--in God's dwelling place, securely and perfectly fit inSIDE Him, and hidden in Christ, by the Holy Spirit."

Father, thank You that I have hope in Your Hand and in the place of Rest You have planted me in Christ. I will wait upon Your Hand for every victory, speaking praise through faith in Your Hand. I wait upon You, praising You for where you have brought Me. I wait upon You, with anticipation of faith in Your Hand. I wait upon You, with anticipation that nothing can stand in your Way, as even the mountains melt like wax. I praise You, my God and My Refuge in whom I trust. In Jesus name. Amen.
